To avoid disruptions in your import and export processes, it is necessary to prepare and submit notarized copies of the company files that we present to Customs.

Required Documents for Import Customs Clearance

1- Power of Attorney (Notarized copy)
2- Signature Circular (Notarized copy)
3- Copy of Identity Card (Notarized copy)
4- Certificate of Taxpayer Status from the Tax Office
5- Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate (from the respective Chamber)
6- Trade Registry Gazette (Notarized copy)

Required Documents for Export Services

1- Power of Attorney (Notarized copy)
2- Signature Circular (Notarized copy)
3- Copy of Identity Card (Notarized copy)
4- Certificate of Taxpayer Status from the Tax Office
5- Chamber of Commerce Activity Certificate (from the respective Chamber)
6- Trade Registry Gazette (Notarized copy)
7- Membership to the Exporters' Association
8- Capacity Report (if applicable)

Note: Two notarized copies of each document are required.
